👮‍♂ī¸Rules for Clients

By using and registering on our platform you accept all rules which are mentioned here.

If you don't comply with the rules on our platform you will receive a permanent ban. In some cases by not complying with the rules it will take away the eligibility for you to receive a refund or make a dispute for an order, so please make sure you follow all rules.

Rules for buyers:

  1. You are are only allowed to communicate through the messaging system built into the 0xFreelance platform.

  2. You are not allowed to ask to use a different payment method than the ones available on the 0xFree platform.

  3. You won't be eligible for refund if you completed the payment outside of the platform.

  4. You are eligible for a full refund in the following cases:

    • The freelancer didn't complete the project.

    • The freelancer didn't get in touch with you

    • The freelancer didn't deliver what he/she initially promised

    • The freelancer listing was misleading

    • The quality of the job wasn't as good as it was expected from the freelancer's listing (the freelancer used fake recent works to hype his/her listing)

    • The freelancer couldn't deliver the project within the deadline

  5. If the freelancer marks the order delivered you have 3 days to request any changes to your order or to make a dispute. After 3 days you are not elegible for refund and the freelancer will receive the payout.

  6. You won't be eligible for a refund for mistakenly making an order or ordering the wrong service.

  7. You won't be eligible for a refund if you ask for extra tasks from the freelancer not mentioned before purchase and the freelancer refuses to complete those.

  8. If you dispute an order and you receive a full refund you are not allowed to use any of the materials or services the freelancer provided to you.

  9. You should always leave honest reviews.
