How to send messages

The 0xFreelance platform has a built in communication system which we would like to ask you to use at all times when communicating with buyers. Here is how you can use it:

  • To send a message first you will have to be logged in.

  • You might receive messages from potential buyers before you receive an order to confirm availability.

  • Every time you receive a message on the platform you will receive an email notification with the link directly to the message.

  • You can see all your conversation by hovering on your username in the header and clicking on the Messages menu item.

  • If the buyer didn't get in touch with you before the order, or after he made the conversation you should contact them as soon as possible through the order page by pressing the Contact Buyer button.

  • To ensure that we always make a fair decision when receiving a dispute you always have to keep the communication on the 0xFreelance platform

  • You can send the following attachments using our platform: jpg, png, gif, webp, mp4, mpeg, pdf, zip

  • If your filetype is not supported, or the file is too large which you would like to send we recommend you to use online file transfer platforms for example WeTransfer or OneDrive where you can send your files as a link.

  • We understand our chat platform is currently not the best yet, but we are working continuously to improve that.

  • You are not allowed to share social media links or usernames.

  • You are not allowed to transfer the communication somewhere else

  • Please to make sure you understand all rules when you are sending messages, read our Rules section.
