Dispute an order

In some rare cases, freelancers are not able to complete the project, in these cases you are eligible for a full refund. Here is how you can make a dispute to receive a full refund.

  1. Go to your order page (hover on your account in the header and select orders)

  2. Select the order you would like to dispute and press View

  3. Press the Dispute button as shown on the picture bellow.

  4. Write down in detail why do you think you should receive a refund. For example: "My freelancer didn't contact me and I believe he hasn't started the project yet", "It is over the deadline and the freelancer hasn't delivered the project yet", or "The freelancer was incapable of delivering the task he initially promised"

  5. After you are done with your comments press the Submit Complain button.

  6. Your Complain will be manually reviewed by our team and if you are eligible you will receive a full refund.

  7. We might contact you through your email address to request evidence of communication or about the delivery of the project.

Here are some of the cases when you might be eligible for a refund:

  • The freelancer didn't get in touch with you.

  • The freelancer didn't deliver the project.

  • The freelancer only delivered a part of the project.

  • The freelancer couldn't deliver the project in the way he initially promised.

  • The freelancer couldn't deliver within the deadline.

  • The freelancer listing was misleading he used other experts work to advertise his listing and the quality of his work didn't meet with this expectations.
