How to complete an order

After completing the payment your order will go to Processing status, the seller will be automatically notified about the new order they have received, and the project will officially start on the platform. The payment won't be sent to the seller until you mark the project delivered.

  • After you have successfully completed the payment you should be redirected to the Orders page, you can also access your orders by hovering on your username in the header section and selecting the "Orders" menu item.

  • Here select one of the orders you made and press "View" to open up the order page.

  • The page will show your order status and other details regarding your order.

  • The Freelancer should get in touch with you very soon after you complete the order, but to make the process even quicker we suggest get in touch with them right after you completed the transaction by clicking on the Contact Seller button

  • We kindly ask you to please use the platform messaging system to communicate with the seller, we know it is not the best chat app yet, but it is crucial for disputes and complains. We are trying to improve our chat function continuously.

  • In the messages section you can you can discuss the project in more detail, and send files to each other including the final project file which should mean the completion of the project.

  • If 4 days goes past and you still haven't received any communication from the seller please press the Dispute Button to make a dispute and you will receive a full refund.
